Saw this at a trade show in Baltimore and was skeptic at first. I was soon surprised. This product was the only product that removes cat urine without leaving a worse order. I had a stinky trash can. Even a box of baking soda didn't do anything to absorb the odor. Other products only masked it slightly or smelled like stink + the product. It has no odor itself! This was a first-time purchase. I didn't realize I'd chosen "Neutral." But just because it doesn't have any odor doesn't mean it doesn't destroy other odors.
